Imprinting....do or dont?
Well as this years foal is going to be a big fella I decided to imprint him at birth. I will definately be doing this from now on as although I have done it with a foal some years ago I have left the pony foals to their own devices till weanlings. Apollo is now 3 weeks old and is bold and friendly. I can catch him, hold him and pick up his feet. Say no more! [more]

Another healthy foal arrived today.
Hyacinth gave birth to a filly at 8.30am so another day time foaling for us to watch! A lovely healthy filly, currently dun but may grey out like mum. [more]
